Christmas Recipes that I use every year and I want to save HERE!!!!

I'll start with my MIL recipe for Turkey and Dressing..
Starting with the turkey:  She always cooks her turkey in a Turkey Roasting Bag.  She makes sure to thaw the turkey in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days.  It will take a while for a turkey to thaw in the refrigerator. After thawed take to the sink and unwrap.  Take out inside package and neck.  There are items in each end, be sure to remove.  to the cavity of the bird, add 1/2 orange, celery stalks, and onion.on the outside salt, pepper, lightly flour and can lay bacon on top.  Roast according to directions on the turkey package.  low and slow according to the size of the bird.
Delicious and moist. Cook Turkey breast down in a turkey bag
